Matching with people you have reported

Why is there not some sort of setting in League where players that you have reported are not matched with you again--on either team in your game? Understandably in the long run, this could cause problems, but just put some sort of lock on it for like 2 days where you won't match with that person again, and everyone would be much happier. Especially considering that, Riot, a company that desires less toxic gameplay, could eliminate toxicity from other games from seeping into new ones from old game grudges. It has happened to me numerous times lately where I will report someone and the next game, I'll be in a lobby with them. Then they start talking trash, and I have no choice but to either lose LP/series game and dodge, or sit through a toxic game with a player that is on your case the whole time.

@Riot for the love of god, please implement something like this. Nobody wants to have to deal with baggage from other games. It's not fair to anyone.
