Buffing his numbers doesn't make up for Kha'zix's clunky kit.

Sure, his early sustain makes him a lot better to play, being able to gank earlier and clear more easily, but the problem still remains that his isolation mechanic and evolved Q is either broken as fuck or completely useless. Feast or famine is a term used for snowballers, but nobody does it like Kha'zix does.

His main damage mechanic isn't based on his good positioning, but on the enemy's mistakes. There's no inherent reward for playing Kha'zix well, getting in good positions for flanks and assassinations unless the enemy screws up. That's not the way to build a champion.

Change the kit. Please Riot. If you have to drop his reset to make his kit balance-able, I'm fine with that (as long as evolved E gets some sort of compensation).
