He doesn't have tp so if you can challenge him early and port back to lane when you have gold you can push him out with an items and health advantage
Banning phase. Believe me. Just ban that champion and pray they don't pick Camille/ Urgot/ Illaoi.

could be a good counter because he can use his Q to avoid being hit by Darius' Q (the blade part) and outduel Darius from there.
Don't go running into him if you are weaker. He stacks his passive and autowins lane. Just freeze the lane wait for jungle gank and win lane. Or you can bait him into misplay for q and e then make a big trade if you are good enough. Phase rush is crap as it is very weak early and offers no combat stats compared to other keystones. Ban him if he hard counters your champ. Mainly immobile champs/ccless.
