Are any champs in the assassins update being buffed/nerfed or just reworked?

I noticed that a lot of threads are asking and discussing the reworks of the assassin update asking what's gonna happen and whether you like it or not. My question: are any champs getting actual nerfs or buffs, or are they just getting reworked?

Well, ima guess that Rengar is gana get nerfed because of the rework :) if thats wut u mean lol.

The 4 getting minor reworks are Talon, Katarina, Rengar, and LeBlanc. The rest will get quality of life tweaks and numbers balancing.
