Change to Talon's Kit

Talon

Some will say he's fine, others that he's OP. However I think he needs a slight buff/change to his E(Cut throat) ability, and here is why. Talon has no escape, before he had silence that allowed him to test his damage and run away alive. Now if he goes in he either kills or dies. I also think the .25 slow instead of silence was a bad trade for balance. 0.25 of a second is just simply not long enough of a slow in my personal belief, it should atleast be 1-2 seconds. That is not the change I am purposing however. The change I am purposing will not change any of Talon's E damage/slow. Here is my Idea for the change.

Current Cutthroat Cost: 35/40/45/50/55 Mana Range: 700 Talon instantly appears behind his target, briefly slowing them and amplifying his damage against that target. Talon teleports to the far side of his target, slowing them by 99% for 0.25 second and amplifying Talon's damage against the target by 3/6/9/12/15% for 3 seconds.

This change will give him a disengage/escape. Please note before voting No, That If Talon were to use E to all in on you, he would still have it on CD and not be able to get away from you before you get your chance. This is why I think this would be a fair and balanced change to his Kit. Please Vote and comment on why. Thank you for your time summoner's

I think the slow is only .25 sec because its only there to guarantee that you can aa and use you Q, not so you can chase.

The thing i loved about talon, was that he was an all in champ. The silence is what made him what he was. when the enemy was throwing their ult at you, your only option for living was to go in, because that was the only way to get the silence off.

i think the change that they should make is to both his Q and his E. for the E its pretty simple, just give him the silence back. for his Q, they should make it so that if he accidentally hits it then he dies instantly giving a kill to the enemy mid lane and an assist to every other enemy.

I'd love his silence back as well, sadly I don't see riot ever going back thus why I desided after numious games of playing him, to figure out a different way to fix, the problem taking silence away created. Honestly it wasn't till i played a game with another champion, Kat, till I thought of this. I always have thought the slow was weak since the nerf even if its good for 1 aa.

As for the change to his Q, thats alittle to much for the enemy team your talking about alot of exp and gold going to the enemy 1 bad talon could lose your team a game there. How about make it a double edged sword similar to Olaf, If he uses Q but doesn't get the attack off after so long it deals the damage to himself instead.

He doesn't need his silence. Its harder to one shot people but, Talon in general has an easy kit so its kind of a trade off. I have been spamming him in ranked and Im like 7-1 or something like that with him.

His silence just helped him be more of a team figher really being able to silence a morgana ect..

The thing is though Talon already has massive team fighting potentional. He has so much aoe. Even if he fails to kill his target he does massive damage with rake and ult.

Its obvious the silence won't come back, so how about a unique form of utility. Maybe visible but un-targetable for 1-2 seconds. I feel like the reason talon was nerfed was because riot felt it was not ok for him to have cc on his blink, so instead they should give him utility and make him more assassin-like instead of suicide bomber-ish.

Btw, I'm gonna be pissed if riot takes my comment down for using the word suicide in it without saying a word about the discussion. >:(
