You don't know your MMR, and third part estimates are only estimates, not your actual mmr. (Also, most third party estimates are particularly wrong at the start of season when you don't have many games played.)
If you played last season, your final mmr at the end of last season is a pretty big influence. Most people will end up ~1 tier below where they ended the previous season due to the soft reset.
this is a new a ccount with a base MMR so if you win 8 games is 8 x50 i think you start around 1250 or 1200 base MMR so that mean i should have 1650 MMR as the that thing say (the season 1 MMR was EXACTLY like that) so i dosent make sense
You don't get a fixed amount of mmr per win, it depends on the mmrs of those in your game, which will vary somewhat due to randomness in matchmaking/premades/queue times/etc.
I would generally expect a fresh account to be around mid gold after going 8-2, so gold 4 seems pretty reasonable. Maybe cause to be a little grumpy, but climbing doesn't take that long if you're actually plat+ so it's not a big deal.

Don't know if I'm just biased but I personally know that most of my friends go like 1-3 divisions down at most. And I usually either go up a few divisions or down 1-2. I've only gone down an entire tier when I went 4-6. Also, the first few games are the most important. It's been proven already. So that plays a huge factor. When I went 4-6 I lost the first four games.
Something of note, you will always be placed lower than you were the previous season 9/10 times.
winrate doesnt mean everything
Actually I beg to differ with the other posters and the origional poster, however if the game has you ranked at gold 4 you are infact gold 4. Maybe you played to many normals and your skills dimished a bit. 2 ranks in gold isn't that big of difference in skill. So yes, you may have been gold 2, however now currenty your ranked gold 4.
