I build life steal lately and am barely healing off anyone anymore. Was there a nerf or something? Legit can't heal well with bloodthirster

Yasuo. I build bloodthirster and even tried using lifesteal runes. I'm not really able to lifesteal. Like before if i fought I get healed. now people are out damaging me because my lifesteal isn't doing anything.
