Is it me or I feel like the change on teemo makes him a Viable Support? Just to counter Vayne OFC

Now that he can move in a bush in stealth mode would that give him alot of lane pressure? You don't know when he will strike and if the support puts a pink wards teemo gains free Gold? At lv 6 he would have total dragon control aswell as throwing mushroom in the opposite bush to force the support out of it? Not only that if itemize well he can do insane amount of zone control with a rylais Liandrys combo. He can peel really well for someone who has only 2 form of CC. Since he can throw shrooms now he can be sort of useful in teamfight to counter all in team or to siege a tower. I think he even counters the Sivir team composition that resolve around charging mindlessly into your team.
