A way to help new players: Give them a random gift of 6 champions upon account creation
One for each of the main "classes", that is to say, Tank, Bruiser, Assassin, Mage, Support, Marksman as riot classifies them as such. There's lots of champions in this game and it takes a very, very long time of continuous play to purchase everyone. This could help out new players and give them some variety beyond the standard starter champions. I also say we have all masteries and summoner spells available at the start since I see no reason not to. It's an outdated idea from pre-season 1 anyway.
