Saying "Rito Pls" to the support staff doesn't get you shit, and saying "Rito pls" to no one in particular is the same way.

(Ekko) Into a meta where assassins are already running rampant, then he should have been post-poned, and changed off of his kit. Literally one could have told them that. If this is an example of lack of communication, then Riot has to do something about it.

The fact that we haven't had anything remotely as bad as the old days makes me wonder what you're on about.
Also, the new content team should not be able to get anything into the game without the go-ahead by the balance team. Fluff, particles, sounds, sure. Game mechanics and numbers though? It is literally the job of the balance team to have oversight on that, and if there is no communication between Balancing and New Content, then there's a lot more wrong with Rito than anyone suspects.

Theres a theory that Riot also purposely releases overpowered champions so people will actually play it, that way they can get data on how to balance it
if they released an UP champ, nobody would play it and it would be harder to balance
not that they have ever balanced anything besides creating a middle tier section of good champs to play
