Give Me Your Recommendations for Fun Champions To Play! (Support/Mid Prefer)

I pretty much just play ranged, my playstyle is oriented towards mages, something like lux, brand, ahri, syndra I find very fun, I used to play some Diana but I don't play her much now. for support I play mages (don't come at me) like Blitz, Brand (rarely), Lux (I'm sorry), Janna, Morgana, Nami, Soraka, Sona (A bit), and sometimes Zyra.

I haven't tried out Karma yet, she looks fun and relatively strong, I've played Leona once but I'm not sure if I like it or not? I'M NOT LOOKING TO CLIMB, just a champion that makes me feel somehow relevant in the game and able to help my team? I find sometimes carrying my team with Lux and helping them get a pick off and doing most damage in fast games satisfactory.

I'm also looking to try playing top, I've thought of champions such as Fiora? I also play ADC, but I pretty much played every single one and found out which ones I like.

Please give me any recommendations/builds! I'd be willing to play together, solo queue life is sad [sg-soraka]

try playing Cho'gath

with manaflow band, his mana issues should be less severe, his builds are versatile (tank or carry depending upon your preference), he has a lot of crowd control and kill pressure (which is good for a support), his silence can deny opponents even their flash, let alone their combos

he's a fairly satisfying champion to play, though idk about his E as I haven't gotten to try his updated version

If you want to give him better sustain as a support(and alleviate some concerns of CS taking), you can give him the relic shield line so you can profit from his passive, but this hurts your damage potential by quite a bit (unless you intend to have him as a tank support ^^ )

Riot had formerly removed him from the support position by hurting his passive sustain quite a bit, but now with runes reforged, he can once again roam the bottom lane!

Taliyah support can be pretty fun. You focus on peeling with her displacement and with her Q after you rushed Rylais.

Her ult is an absolutement bomb to deny enemies objectives and routes. In low elo you probably can save a lot of teammates that got caught at the weirdest places.

If you can go into melee I recommend Poppy sup as well. I mean... who doesn't want to play Poppy? Only downside is that you have to rely on your adc to proper position himself much more.

Those two are off meta but a lot of fun.

Honorable mention: Vel Koz is a beast as sup and can be played mid as well (but struggles against assassins though).

I personally adore Karma and Anivia as supports, and Anivia is one of the few I'm genuinely comfortable taking mid. I don't know how meta they are since I don't keep track but last I checked Karma is not very meta for the past few years and is somewhere in the process of a small vgu. However if you can manage your mana and build your runes right these two are SO FUN.

I build Anivia with a CDR based build/runes and it's delightful!. She is great as a support with her CC and eh early game dmg that scales later (meaning your adc can hopefully get kills early but you can carry later if they don't).

Karma can carry like a beast if built AP and her kit is p fun and supporty. Nothing like shielding your ADC and saving their tiny butt. Make sure to ult a lot! It's good for more poke and defense and it has a short cooldown considering how you can spam her abilities if you manage them right.
