Should I main top or mid

I'm between playing fiora top or kat mid for a more outplay based carry. What are your thoughts.

Well, let me ask this first:

Which lane do you prefer to play?

And while I don't know if you have done this already and simply didn't mention it, I would recommend expanding your options of playable champs in those two lanes. You can make one of them your main, by all means, but it's a good idea to have a couple fall-backs in case things don't go your way in Champ Select.

I'll play fiora. I was thinking... Katarina gives me cancer when I play against her. I don't want to give peeps cancer. I just want to kill them with meh sword. Just one question. Do you think fiora can style on plebs?

Fiora can definitely style, but she still kind of requires some macro sense since she's optimal for split-pushing. Her best case scenario is a 1v5 in the form of 1v2+1v1+1v2 or something in a similar vein. She's also a bit more versatile in terms of builds. She's not mechanically complex (aside from QW and the like 4 AA resets). I'd suggest playing her if you can take pleasure in proper lane management and positioning.

The answer is clear then. Play Fiora.

The problem with Kat right now (it might change in the future) is that it feels like she's so snowbally that it diminishes any display of skill. The mid lane dies to her at level 2 not respecting the damage, then bot lane dies to her because they don't respect the back pings, then there's no stopping her before the 30 minute mark... it's just a mess.

Fiora has more outplay than Katarina since all Kat really has is raw damage. Fiora's also way harder to play though, I recommend playing like 50+ games with Fiora before you go ranked with her.
