balance will it ever come?

So im an 11 kill karthus and 100 cs up on the ZERO kill fiddle jungle who had 1 item completed. And i forgot to mention i was 3 levels up at this point. So we run into each other at the river. He is caught out of position and he does the only thing he can do and ult me. I hit him with 2 q's and low and behold he killed me.

The 0 kill jungler who was shut down the whole entire game was able to 1v1 an 11 kill champ that had levels and items on him. In a Balanced game the fiddle would have been screwed.

After the game, i had nearly double the gold he had. Its stuff like this where we all go, no wonder the pro's play the same 15 champs in the lcs. Because they are so much better.
