What is the estimated queue time based on? I just saw it lower to 2 minutes, when queues in reality
Take over 9 minutes to find a match at any time of the day. I get that the game is dying but come on.

Whats your rank? Queue times get longer if you're super high elo.

Diamond 4, its the bottom of the middle elos.
Oh, I see the issue, and its only 3 little letters. E U W. You could try making a second account, set the region to NA, and get a VPN to an NA ip address. NA has much shorter queue times. However, many free VPNs will slow down your internet and can increase lag. I would recommend NordVPN (I'm not sponsored, but I wish I was). It costs a little tho, about $3.29/month. I'm not sure how much it is in euros. There are many VPNs available, and the "best" VPN isn't just cut-and-dry. I would research different VPNs and just pick whichever seems best for my situation. If you trust your skill enough to handle a tiny bit more ping, queue times can go down to 2-3 minutes.
Edit: or you could just buy RP and change the region on your primary account. However, I would recommend making a second account first so that you can see if it works.
Re-edit: Although you don't technically need a VPN to transfer region, playing without a VPN will actually significantly increase lag, up to around 200 ping or so, so I would highly recommend a VPN.
Hope this helps

Oh, i do have an account on NA. I get 125 MS over there, i don't see why a VPN would improve that.
Still, i primary play league of legends for fun. The more it lags, naturally the less fun it is - and as i have no friends on NA to play with there's no point in me switching over when not invited.
I'm pretty sure a VPN should reduce ping. Not 100% sure tho, but almost 100% sure. NordVPN has a 30 no-questions-asked money back guarantee if you get the 2 year plan (still not sponsored, but I wish I was), so if it doesn't reduce ping, you can get fully refunded.
But it should reduce ping. Virtual packages sent from your computer go through your ISP to rito's servers, but they don't take a direct route. but since the NA server is located in NA, the packages will take longer to travel through typical routes and to the server. A VPN would change your IP to a location in North America, so your packages would be routed to that directly to that IP, and then from there to Rito's servers. The packages with a good VPN would have an overall shorter and faster route to the NA servers. Its like cars and trains. Without a VPN would be like a car. The packages would have to travel through internet "traffic," and they would have to take different highways, streets, intersections, and etc, so problems can occur, and they could be delayed, resulting in lag. Using a VPN would be like the packages taking a "express train" directly to the NA IP, and then from there to Rito's servers. But whether you use a VPN or not, playing on servers in a region that you're not in will increase ping, but a VPN should reduce how much more ping there is. There is FAR, FAR less internet traffic on VPN networks than on standard ones.
And also, there are certain VPNs designed specifically for gaming, so yeah, that.
