Do Firecannon and Shiv stack now?

HalcyonDweller2 votesEffects stack, damage doesn't.
So i believe that you will get bonus range and charging faster, but also chain lightning.
It should only deal the damage once though.

?
The stacks effect each other yes, but the damage however does not stack at all. Example you get the long rang from rapid fire cannon and it being able to proc on towers and the stattik shiv effect as well, but the higher of 2 damage will apply first.
