TARIC Rework Suggestions: TRULY OUTRAGEOUS edition
So it's a rework that keeps the stuff from Taric's old kit, plus more choice and strategy for Taric instead of being a walking stat stick champion.
Q: Imbue- Taric coats an ally in a Gem Coat anti-AD shield [based on Taric's Armour] which lasts until broken, and heals them and himself [based on his AP]. 40% less powerful if Taric casts it on himself.
19/18/17/16/15 second cooldown, 50/60/70/80/90 Mana.
W: Shatter- Passively, Taric applies a Gem Coat shield to himself [max 1/2/2/2/3] every 10 seconds. When activated, all Gem Coats of Taric and any coated allies will explode in a 250 range AoE, dealing magic damage based on Taric's Armour, and he will recieve a Movement Speed boost of 30.
5 second cooldown, 25 Mana, requires Gem Coats active to cast.
E: Dazzle- Projects a 600 range beam of coloured light from Taric in the direction of the mouse. Beams last for 2/3/4 seconds, deal AP damage, and stun if an enemy hits it face-on for .75 seconds or Blind if it hits an enemy from behind for 1.75 seconds. If Taric casts it into an enemy or ally, it will split into 5 multicoloured Dazzle rays behind them for a further 300 range.
19/18/17/16/15 second cooldown, 75 Mana.
R: Reflection/Diamond Edge- After channeling for 2/1.5/1 seconds, Taric REFLECTS enemy projectiles that hit him back in the angle they came from for the next 5 seconds, taking only 1% damage from the hits. They can hit enemies, and apply their original effects. If Taric cancels the channel, Taric and nearby allies gain Diamond Edges, granting bonus Armour penetration for their next autoattack, and half the cooldown and mana cost is refunded.
75 second cooldown, 100 Mana cost.
The AP/Armour scaling would be a bit less than what they are now to balance the added utility.
