@Riot: Can We Turn Jayce (and Kennen) Back Into A Midlaner?

Predictably, since worlds started I've been noticing more and more Jayces/Kennens popping up in top lane. Now don't get me wrong, I by no means think they're "broken", but they are frustrating to play against given they have superior poke and kiting, as well as being able to farm in relative safety from harass and ganks. I don't really have a problem with Kennen seeing as many of his spells require being close to do anything. But Jayce is constantly pelting you with his blasts, and if he manages to get the empowered one on you it can chunk a large part of your health without a lot of armor (and even if you do his R attack removes it).

In any event, I'd like to see some tweaks to keep them in the midlane. Thoughts?
