2900 cost 500 helath 80 AP 35% slow for single target abilities for 1.5 seconds 15% slow for AoE and multi target abilities for 1.5 seconds.
That was how the item was in 4.13 and it was a good item but not mandatory for every AP building champ.
Please make the item like this instead of nerfing it out of being an even half decent item.
Merbstrom1 votesI just hope they provide some more options for items with Rylai's current stats since with the nerfs, it'll be about equal to Liandry's which is not super helpful. What you have roa as an option, (provided you use mana) but the stacking is kinda a pain. It's going to stink having to build Rabadon's every game just to do about the same amount of damage. Any AD pretty much has the option not to build IE since it's passive does conditional damage (except you
).
I just hope they can keep the AP threshold without every champ having to rush Rabadon's third item or something. And provide some more options to stay alive against AD utility of PD and Lifesteal.

The slow is the problem with the item.
40% on AoE abilites is way to strong.
The problem is that a 15% slow on AOE abilities is weak to the point where there's no reason to get the item. It was a trap on basically everyone except for Cass and Malzahar.

Rylai's was perfectly viable on a number of champions back when it didn't have as much slowing power. I got it all the time on Amumu back then, but it works for any mage that has short cooldowns and needs sticking power even with less slow percentage.
