Ok so its the combination of her Ricochet+Statik Shiv+Infinity Edge (oh and ER too)

If Ricochet crits on the first hit, every ensuing bouncing blade crits too, these hits are buffed by IE, but wait! You have Shiv! Shiv lightning can crit as well, in fact it SCALES WITH CRIT, and this gets buffed with IE as well!

ER just keeps your mana up and your Ricochet on a ridiculously low cool down, so your immense team fight crit wave is always up.

It's fun. The most fun.

Yeah she's pretty annoying in lane with those bounces but she's also 500 range with no dashes

Its the last spell that anyone levels on Sivir. It will spend most of the game on a 22 second CD.

Nerf every champion that isn't played jg or top so I can carry every game plz.

In all seriousness, sivir definitely is on the strong side now and could do with a bit toning down (Not stronger than fucking quinn/graves though).

I've seen her take on graves and quinn and whoop dat booty, poor quinn went in with the blind, sivir hit hee with the hotness quick shield and rip, self baited

If you are still laning against a Sivir with a completed IE and SS, you have different issues you need to worry about first.

Well that was just the buff sivir finally needed. lets be honest: sivir has a crappy lanephase. she gets outbullied by pretty much everything and all she can do is push waves as fast as possible. giving her w the ability to crit finally made her the hyper mid to late carry she is supposed to be. most of your complain is also about the item combination ... well u can build those 3 items on pretty much every adc but i get your point. they go especially well with sivir and make her dmg output huge.. AFTER she got those items and she wont get them before 25-30 min unless shes fed. with her 500 range and basically no really quick trade ability ( only her aa reset on w ) shes just so weak in lane. i wouldnt even dare to talk about a nerf on her
