Energy runes

I was wondering what you guys thought about running energy runes. I haven't really seen any builds use these, and I don't know if it's worth it spending almost 8000 IP on some.

Do any of you use energy runes, and if so who on?

No they are awful, infact.. even if you had an entire page dedicated to energy and energy regen, it still wouldn't be worth it.

I run 9x Flat energy yellows on jungle shen and it works wonders
