Worst bot lane experience ever

Was a trust with a leona for support. A great lane pairing that scales well. So I thought I was in for a good game.... nope

For the enemy's bot lane was turret camper supreme and cheap poison blinder .

Now I know there are ways to easily counter act these guys but when both are in the same lane or even on the same team an adc can't do anything. I had to farm under my turret and suffer the continuous rain of grenades and darts that I couldn't counteract and my poor leona got raped by turrets and mushrooms when we saw an opening for a dive. It got to the point were I simply left the lane rather than die more so naturally my team started screaming at me for not dealing with the most infuriating lane ever and I ending up feeding quite badly.

Solutions?: Buy MR? And fall behind on damage items. Play Safe? And let my lane get pushed to base due to hiemer turrets.

Does anyone out there have any advice so that if I'm stuck in this God awful matchup again I can do better. Or is this lane simply broken and meant to frustrate everyone who plays against its bullshit?
