Currently most people aren't buying item 2303 item 2302 item 2301 cause in mot cases the active of item 3092 item 3069 item 3401 are too good to ignore. So here are some thoughts on how to make these items more popular

item 2303 UNIQUE PASSIVE: Increases the maximumu number of wards to 4

item 2302 UNIQUE PASSIVE : Wards grant nearby allies 5% bonus movement speed

item 2301 UNIQUE PASSIVE: Increases ward vision range by 10%

Of course these bonuses dont work on item 2043 or allied wards only your wards

I buy item 3092 for AP, vision , gold and ghosts. I will not buy item 2301 even with 10% increase in vision radius.

The only one i ever have built is item 2303 mainly on off meta supports or if i plan on having like 4 active items.
