Can any Rioter answer this?

Is ANYTHING going to be done about the Yi Taric boost strat? With this thing around, it really doesn't matter what you do as the enemy team vs him, he just bulldozes you over by having his weakness covered by the Taric ult and W. Sure, you can try and invade to counter it, but then that leaves you on the other side of the map, with little to no backup.
