Fix the awful matchmaking!

There is no reason why someone working towards promos into silver 3 should be put with 3 people who haven't even been placed yet, are level 30, and only have 100 mastery points in their characters. EVERY SINGLE TIME without fail it ends in a loss with those players going 0 to whatever deaths. Leona's who don't engage or can't land a single E or ult. It makes climbing in ranked the most aggravating thing ever. Meanwhile as mentioned before the enemy team are all placed and mastery 6-7 in their champs.

Liberal riot programmers have yet to understand competition. They don't care about lower elo players. As long as they get the money from the pro's and the players when they finally hit the next milestone to finally buy that skin of their main they will continue to exploit it. 2 seasons in a row now I've complained about matchmaking and went from plat to hard dives from players clearly who shouldn't be in those games. Gotta love those indoctrinated programmers who sit behind a computer who have absolutely no idea of competition.
