Graves

So. Is there any way to build this guy that feels really good? I have tried everything and he feels so lack luster. Spends most of his time reloading and has huge time in between autos without attack speed but none of the items or runes you can build on him really feel like it gives him some solid oomf. Any ideas would be nice!
