I consider the ADC rework a success ...
simply because I no longer see
every game.

But now you still see
and she is way more broken than before
And
is in every game again too, which is cancer :v

Vayne is good because its tank meta

has been in every game for forever now.
Its much worse seeing
every game.
And they didn't touch
who all have paritially broken identities.
over-laps with
, but can't kite like she can. His poke is good, but he can't keep it up very long and makes himself vulnerable while doing it. He has very low utility outside of ultimate, and his maximum damage combo, which is a small merit, takes too long to execute to ever be realistic....and you could just pick
instead to get it done in 1/5 the time with true damage.
's poison, especially in conjunction with his stealth, is a broken aspect of his kit, as its basically useless in the meta of high HP. his passive and 2 of his skills revolve around it, and only one is actually useful, and that's the burst you get out of it...of which other adcs have higher total and its use isn't situational. The other skill is his stealth, which is only good for gimmicks. Nobody is going to strategically flank with him because its asking to get blown up instantly. His only merit is that he has a walking god-mode ult. If only he was focused on positioning with it in conjunction with his stealth without paying for it with far too much risk...including the insane drop in dps if you're stealthed during a teamfight...yeah, he'd be solid without being OP for once.
What is
supposed to do what that
doesn't do better? Compare the burst/dps between the two. He needs to be re-tooled into a dedicated AP, or have some kind of niche as an ADC. Currently his power-curve doesn't accommodate either, especially on summoner's rift. Hybrid is also an option if they don't want him to be a dedicated ADC. TBH though, he needs a total rework. His kit and lore don't say anything about him, they say everything about his gauntlet. Riot stated that champs are supposed to be just that: champions; not just what their weapon can do. They still have issues with
's design for the same reason.
Varus and Vayne are two different champions. Varus can hit an entire team with the maximum damage combo, so you say, while Vayne must focus one down. In addition their builds are wildly different.
And the same goes with Lucian and Ezreal. Different champions, different playstyles. Ezreal is more poke oriented while lucian while lucian is just an all in champion. Ezreal is fine as is, and can work both AD and AP, which is good.

Varus essentially has to focus one down. There's almost always someone on him because of his low CC outside of ultimate, which has a short duration anyway. Even if you have hurricane, those bolts still aren't hitting their backline. You're hitting one person. Maybe two, but the second one will be killing you because the snare spread doesn't affect everyone instantly. So no, his maximum damage combo is still only hitting one person unless he's going to die. Thank you for bringing up another weakness of his that's supposed to be a strength.
all this talk about not seeing jinx every game how about
I've only seen him once since his nerfs. :D
i like the items: more choice, more items with critical chance but i really wanted Riot to add the Bilgewater item that had a flash as active ability
