Is poppy broken?

Like I am sure there might be a match up or something that counters her right? Like something tanky enough that doesn't lose half HP to one combo? And can fight back after combo-stun-flee cheese? I know, I know, there is no such thing as OP or broken champions right? Just champions with which you need to try a lot less to play around others and kill them, then they need to do around those champions. Anyway, seriously it is quite annoying laning Poppy. Her kit is retarded strong on the 1v1. And even late game she can literally walk through your team into the backline and burst down the ADC and still not die.

Even Fiora works. Poppy is able to "block" the dash, but she doesn't block its damage. Fiora can parry her charge, and even her ult. % HP true damage goes without saying.

The only reason Poppy became "strong" - when she's really not strong at all, she just has a good early game - was because of Courage of the Colossus.

Let's not repeat past mistakes and nerf the champion instead of the universally accessible problem mechanic that's going to be nerfed anyways.

poppy has been top tier before cotc came out, it's just inherent to her kit that she'll be godlike

She has been top tier despite always losing lane because she scale well. On competitive she really comes ahead on lane but she can sustain forever and have strong utility and that's why she is picked.

No she wasn't. Her win rate shot up almost 3% in a single patch - the one that Colossus was introduced in. Before that she was negative.

Darius Tanky heals in fight if she dose her wall combo pull her back in. You out damage her. Ps you E also stops her ult so up to you to used it 1st or when she ulty

Or you could not run full squishy teams and complain when you take damage because you dont have the resistances to survive like other champions build

poppy loses hard to juggernauts. Darius and Yorick are better than Garen if you want to beat her in lane but IMO Garen is the best answer for her in late teamfights, especially now that he has E and Cleaver for some 50% armor shred -- really handy for shutting her down late game with your team's help.
