i proposed that exact same change to his R and the same on his w (do they went more ham then i thought tehy would so i got more then i asked for xd
they nerfed his passive slow with 10% while i Q. i thought someone of them needed slight nerfs dose really mather which one godo change riot.
You seem to be going on the mistaken impression that Riot read your post, said "that's a great idea!" and implemented parts of it. In reality, you have two people looking at a champions kit, and coming to the same conclusions on how such a kit should change.
I'm sure you could find several Bronze level players posting that "It's not fair that Zed can instantly teleport back after using his ultimate" if you scour the boards long enough, who are more than likely downvoted by higher level players. Low and behold, Riot added a 1 second delay on his ultimate teleporting back. Does this mean Riot values the opinion of "bronzies" more than higher level players? No, but it does mean that they came to the same conclusion.
