New kind of "deafen" cc that disables ability to see/hear pings for 10 seconds :D

Why would riot ever need to implement this. Players don't have eyes and don't listen to pings anyways.

We already have that. It's called "muting (unhelpful) pings" because your teammates spam you with Enemies Missing question marks when you make a mistake instead of using the ping for its intended purpose.

I like the mute option more... It's permanent.

Seems like it would either be entirely useless or exceptionally frustrating. Useless for any team that can simply communicate verbally. And would be frustrating for anyone else who may be trying to communicate but cannot.

You should not be able to take away communication like that.
