Kassadin need a delay on his ult damage

CoolKnightST··2 votes·379 views

It would be intressting that the damage aplied from his ult delays with 0.2-0.5 seconds or something. That would sure make it a litte bit easyer to react on it with hourglass, exhaust, flash or any other shield. It will still be hard to pull of but a change like that might help.
