[Consistency Check] Does Poppy's W counter certain unstoppable ults?
I refer, of course, to 
. Do they simply go "screw you" to Steadfast Presence, or do they get cock-blocked?
I assume it's the former (ignore Poppy W), but I'd like to be sure.
