Because right now she has none.
True damage. Easy Poke. A massive heal on kill with her ult. Immune to CC, skill shots and range with Riposte Escapes and Easy chases with Q.
How do you honestly fight this in lane? you cant, you literally can't. Shes gone under the radar for a bit now but I really think Riot should address her stupidly strong laning phase.

This, everything about her skin has counterplay, her q can be dodged and put on a high cd, her w is easy to bait with a high cd, her e's probavly has the least counterplay but it's still an aa enhancement, her ult is easily pealable and gets cleansed with qss and cuz it's a heal use ignite ofc.

Consider:
's root has plenty of counter-play. You can bait it, you can dodge it, you can hide behind minions for them to take the brunt of the damage for you.
Doesn't mean it doesn't suck if Morganna hits that Binding, 2.5 second root is increadibly brutal. Binding just has so much counter-play opportunities it gets a lot of power in return.
Same basic thing can be said for Fiora's entire kit ATM. Plenty of ways to play against it. Really sucks when you don't.
TLDR: Don't confuse having a lot of useful capabilities with a lack of counter-play, because those aren't the same thing.
Marthian1 votesProtect your vitals better. If you are close to a wall and the vital is too, hug the wall. If it's close to her side, keep a distance from her. If it's on the opposite side of her, keep it that way (careful of being too close to her) If it's above or below her, keep yourself between Fiora and the vital.
Also another tip that applies both ways (playing as and against Fiora): Currently, if you break vision/go a distance away from her, her vital disappears and going back into range can give you/her a new vital in a different spot.

but. qss actually cleanses her ult. its pretty brutal.
might not help you much early on, but when youre buying mr later, might aswell pick that up.
