Which is better on Evelynn now: Runeglaive or Iceborn?

Before Magus was removed, I'd always go Magus + Iceborn Gauntlet on Evelynn, since IBG gave that slowing field and Magus gave you tons of CDR. But Runeglaive then came along, spoiling my build for her, and requiring that I go Frozen Heart if I want full CDR on her (can't go Morello or Grail or she's too squishy).

Should I simply go Warrior/IBG, or just ditch IBG for Runeglaive from now on?

ibg scales wayy better than runeglaive and is also AOE and slows. So I'd take ibg over runeglaive any day.
