Let's talk about Pantheon
Instead of baking cakes, he's making craters.
is an older champion, released back in 2010 and his kit hasn't really changed beyond tweaking. Now this isn't bad, in fact that's pretty damn good when you take into account all the changes other champions had to face. The biggest I can think for him is the range nerf on his ultimate.
So what is Pantheon? Beyond his labels of Fighter/Assassin, people seem to have different ideas of what he is. Personally, I think he's an AD caster as most of his damage output relies on his spells rather than his auto attacks. But I've also seen him referred to as an AD bruiser or even an off-tank. While I may not agree with these ideas, it has brought something else to mind. If Pantheon was to be reworked (Not saying he will be any time soon. I've heard he's in a decent/good spot at the moment) where would people like him to go in terms of playstyle? Would you want him to be more assassin focused or more of a bruiser? How would you want his kit to function in this regard?
One idea I have about his passive (Yes I know it can block turret shots, I know it's an early game passive because he's an early game champion) would have it scale in game. Early game it will block the auto attacks, but would still allow empowered autos (ones that carry extra magic damage or some effect like silences or stuns) to pass through. Mid game it would be able to block those, and late game it could block skill shots, but not prevent the extra effects.
Obviously this steps on Braum's toes. I just wanted to share it.
So again: If he was reworked, how would you all like to see his play style evolve?
