Bounty hunter Mastery seems kinda Bad Maybe I'm completely wrong

I haven't tried it but every time i read it i cringe for champions without CC (the other option you rely on your teamates).

I don't know what people are using or anything but i feel like 1% per champion killed just isn't even close to 2.5% increased to immobilized.

For starters it' s useless in lane. Unless you happen to 1v2.

Secondly I'd rather have 2.5% increased even if i had no cc just because of team fights and laning.

Finally I feel as if similar to Hearthstone Bounty Hunter is a "win harder" mastery. If you killed 3 people on the enemy team, It finally matches up as more valuable. But by that time you either won the team fight or are close to dying.

I don't know. Just seems to me like it's a bad alternative for ccless non ad champs (even ad)

If you have kill potential and are doing even or better, odds are you've killed more than 3 different champions. I roam at 6 soooo I feel it is more useful.

Plus if you're losing 2.5% isn't going going to save you.

To add to this Feast is TERRIBLE. I mean 20 second cooldown???? Only reason i would take it is if i was squishy and didn't want to take additional dmg for taking the other mastery.

1% all the time is far better than 2.5% 20% of the time

it's not 1 % of the time It's 1% IF you kill an enemy champion meaning assists don't count

also your statement is null because it's 0% all the time UNLESS you kill a champion

It's much better for champions with low/no cc, as well as being useful for junglers. What I would like to know is if it procs on assists.

I actually think that bounty hunter is a poor choice for a jungler. Jungles should try to shoot for more assists than kills, strong early ganks are important and any jungler will have a perma slow with red buff.

However, to the OP, bounty hunter makes a lot of sense on an ADC. How much CC will a Cait/Soraka lane really have? You should be getting every kill in bot lane too. Even if you are behind, it is pretty common to trade a couple of deaths, giving 2% right off the bat. Late game, CC abounds but only 1 more kill will get you 3%. 3% all the time > 2.5% half the time and you should get a third kill at the beginning of mid game. Finally, ADC usually shoot for a strong end game, not a strong early game (unless you are trying to shut down a hard scaling ADC like Vayne).

It is NOT a winmoar mastery, as you should easily have three unique kills as a carry even if you are getting stomped. It is a late game mastery. It's like comparing armor seals to armor per level seals except that it is weighted by early game CC and/or your ability to get kills.
