Ok, is Rengar's 100-0 burst from stealth considered fair?

Oddly, yes. I actually like playing against a fed Rengar because, while his 100%-0% ability is annoying, it actually has clear counterplay. Grouping up and dropping a pink ward as soon as you see the indicator gives you just enough time to react to him and stop him from bursting down your carry.

I enjoy setting traps for him, bursting him down before he can unload his full damage, or locking him up with exhaust or CC.

To be fair a lot of the stealthy assassin junglers have been in a fairly rough spot for a while, but i feel like that might be by design atm. Getting 100-0 from nowhere is a pretty unhealthy thing to be able to do and it is why they added the ! for rengars stealth (and others) to ensure at least some degree of counterplay.

if you can see him before he attacks you. thats the best scenario. Because Rengar relies on his stacking abilities to do lots of damage. So again, Wards OP.

Banshee's, zhonyas and grouping are pretty good agaisnt him.

I mean after like 800 games as rengar I am pretty sufficient with him . 1 in teamfights he should never be initiated in the fight ever so he will wait then go in . 2 buy trinket pink wards or red lense upgrade .3 do not fight near bushes . 4. Have a good disengage supp like janna thresh. People do not understand what peeling is . stay near adc and keep people off him

Rengar's ult has a cooldown you know. Unlike Ev who can be stealthed almost all the time and just randomly come out and stun you then kill you with no counterattack. Leblanc I hate but eh, people are already complaining about her.

There is an extremely noticeable exclamation point above your head when he stealths. It's not hard to anticipate and it surely wouldn't be hard putting down a pink or sweeping the area because you have quite a bit of time once you see it.

Rengar gives alot more counterplay, because he has to decide to either stun you or outright kill you. If he doesn't go for the stun you have a chance to retaliate.

If Rengar could jump back out to safety after bursting then yes it would be OP, but he can't and he can be pinked.

And a marker above your head to tell you when he's near, also zonyas. Quite honestly, if he's nailing you 100-0, even an adc should consider it.
