How does Luden's Echo works with Karthus's ulti? I know it doesn't apply to all enemy champions but... how is the effect taken into question?

D2Vincent2 votesthe Luden's echo procs on the champ that's first pick. (press Tab and whoever is top of the list is first pick) It's kind of a weird thing that riot did with it, but that's how it works
