Question with Windwall

When the sadfuck is getting spanked like all Yasuo players and he throws it up, do you

A. Let him flee

B. Walk into melee range of the melee hyper carry

and in teamfights when his team gets jumped and he puts it up do you

A. Walk into their frontline as a squishy mage/adc

or

B. Let his team destroy your frontline and then you, because they have damage going out and your team doesn't.

I am legitimately confused.

Uh. Wait for it to go down? It's on a minimum 20 sec cooldown without cdr, I don't understand what you're asking here. There's always outplay.

What is it, 5 seconds?

You're sitting there pulling your dick, waiting for it to go down, meanwhile their ADC is ripping your team a new one.

5 seconds is a long time in League.

It'd be fine if it was just for his defense, but his entire team can strike without retaliation? Seems a little stupid.

Malphite scores a nice 3 man ult on their top/sup/adc? WHAT A FUCKING SHAME YASUO PRESSED W AND NO ONE CAN BURST THEM OUT.

Walk around it.

What if you're in a bottleneck. What if you know it's dumb to fight in the bottleneck, but the malphite or amumu already ulted your frontline? You're donzo either way. Or at least 3 out of 5 are.

That's called having bad macro and you shouldn't fight them just kite back. You fight in an area that is beneficial to your team, not fighting in closed areas vs a Yasuo, you should never be doing that in the first place because then it'd be easy to get a 5 man ult from him. He's not the only one strong in areas like those, Orianna, Azir, Anivia, Illaoi, Etc.

Yeah i get all that. Which is why I'd leave em to die if i were in the backline.

But what if your team wants to fight in enclosed spaces because you have Anivia and Miss fortunes Lux sort of comp.

Even when fighting in the open, if your tank jumps the pack and doesn't hit yasuo, they are only knocked up for 1-2 seconds, but wall lasts much longer, so by the time you walk around it, Malphite has already been killed.

Walk around it.

Easier said than done. When you walk around it, the other team is on the other side now.

I think if his Windwall also affected his allies' projectiles like it does with his enemies' projectile it would make him feel more balanced to play against and have the player be more strategic of where he/she puts Windwall. just my 2 cents

I choose C) Keep firing from range and laugh at the silly Yasuo player for thinking Wind Wall would save him.

Xerath doesn't care about Yasuo's Wind Wall. Sometimes being a one-trick can be oh so helpful.

First off

what are you playing in these scenarios

Unreformed Shaco1 votes

Marks.

I never play marks anymore, but when I do I find that the wall drops 100% of my damage.
