Conqueror Rumble coming next patch

Next patch when we can choose what kind of stats we want for any rune setup, Conqueror Rumble will be viable and amazing. No longer will he get extra attack speed from Precision, now you can take AP stats with HP with Precision + Sorcery. Feels Good.

I've honestly thought about trying conq Rumble before, but I think that the useless attack speed combined with the useless AD combined with extreme likelihood of flaming teammates would just be too detrimental.
