Ranged top is healthy and needs to be enforced over tanks and bruisers

Pretty much true. While awesome champions like Gnar and Kennen are meta defining and all-around good picks, I am incredibly distressed champions like Ornn can put up a fight against them. This is even after I rush Frozen Mallet to try to destroy him.

I don't think that's a good thing and would appreciate either further nerfs on tanks or buffs on Gnar or both.
