@Morello: What happened to changing Last Whisper and Void Staff?

About a year ago, you claimed you wanted to make Void Staff and Last Whisper less effective as generalized item picks and make them more niche. One year since, nothing's happened.

What happened to that plan? Ran into too much other crap to deal with?
