40 less damage in lategame on assassins is barely a nerf at all

It makes his wave clear worse which may force some more Tiamat builds. If you know he has a level 2 powerspike that strong, then why are you playing in a situation where he can all in you level 2?

His level 2 being his powerspike doesn’t make his level 3,4 (and so on till the end of the game) bad
