Bruiser items make champs too tanky
I get the concept of bruisers being champs that deal good damage while being able to tank some of it but come on now, this last game I had a Jinx with Stormrazor, Greaves, RFC, IE, PD and Hurricane hitting a Kled with
and she wasnt able to taking down by any means. I mean its a late game full build hyper carry not being able to take down a bruiser. I know she was overcapping crits and didnt have armor pen but Kled only had tabi and GA as armor items and those dont grant a big amount tbh.
I feel like bruisers are tanky assassins since their health items gives them a lot of AD too. Look at champs like Irelia, Renekton, Jax, Aatrox, Urgot, Darius, Kled.
Why would you pick an actual tank when bruisers are almost as beefy as them and deal much more damage.
Are the only bruisers that can reliably engage. The others need to either run head first onto the enemy team and pray they manage to catch a squishy or their way of engaging is unreliable and, in many cases, can be easily disengaged.

and then she got a whole bunch of attack speed. How is she dealing with armor? even if Kled wasn't building a lot of armor he still had his base armor and Tabis that reduces Jinx's already questionable damage. Stormrazor's usefulness decreases massively the instant you reach 100% crit which is done with IE and 2 Zeal items... yet Jinx got 3 Zeal items along with stormrazor. If instead of PD Jinx would have gotten Last Whisper or a lifesteal item, she would have been in such a better position and would have been able to deal with Kled way better
