Janna and Vi both have higher winrates and playrates at all ELOS?. what statistics does riot exactly use to determine who is nerf worthy I mean am i missing something here?

no this isn't saying don't nerf darius am just asking why not nerf statistically better performing champions as well?

Is it too much to ask when does Riot. (in details) decides to nerf a champion.
