Don't mean to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but I think live balance plays favorites with Rengar

First let me say that its okay to be preferential towards champions that are more fair and engaging; nobody wants to play a game where the most popular and powerful champions have no actual counterplay. I'm ok with ezreal being super popular, or with lee being a designer favorite.

However, rengar is not like ezreal or lee. He doesn't have actual counterplay.

And I'm not saying that in a whiny voice, or complaining about it. Its a simple fact, he really doesn't have counterplay.

Just thought I'd throw that out there.

Vayne ? this one doesnt have counterplay either. you cant build against her (outside of shields) you cant dodge her dmg with mechanics either.( eyo fuck your jax already ik someone gonna pop up like a ZIT and talk about Jax counterstrike no we cant have a team of 5 Jax) And her kit is overloaded. I AM saying this with a whiny voice tho.

i mean, she's fairly squishy and can be cc'd with aoe cc like galio or amumu ult.

Rengar's battle roar stores half the damage he takes in the last 1.5 seconds as grey health, so he's actually 50% tankier vs burst than he would otherwise be. And an empowered battle roar cleanses any cc and grants him CC immunity for 1.5 seconds.

In other words, Vayne pops out of stealth to hit you with an attack and you might be able to do something about it. Rengar pops out of stealth to hit you with an attack and you really can't do anything about it.

Vayne pops up uses an attack half ur hp is gone attacks again another 30% down BACK into stealth another 40% down you heal to get away hurr durr i run faster than sonic on steroids and kill you. Oh you are melee and you can survive her burst? she just gonna kite backwards.. did u use ur gapcloser? oh she hovered her mouse over you pressed E now you are back in her auto range. You flash to reach the gap again? she has stealth. All of this is in a 1v1 scenario now add 4 goons around her ready to wack you if you try to dive and oneshot her. plz. Vayne has one of the lowest counterplay in the game add the fact that she has range which is an advantage on its on and yeh...

thats why its a team game. get blitzcrank, urgot, ryze, tahm kench, or any other champion that can grab her and allow their team to have their way with her or quickly reposition the team to put her in a bad spot.

It isn't favoritism. There is a pattern however. You are just a lazyass and went with the easiest answer requiring the least amount of work to learn about though

There are always a set of junglers all other junglers are being balanced around though. Usually there are 4 of them.

Notice I don't say 3-5, I said fucking 4, exactly 4
