i was just watching a ranked game in master rank or something up there with the yellow borders, and there was a viktor mid, pantheon jungle.
pantheon ulted viktor in the middle of his lane-directly on top of him...

tried running away, got 2/5 of his health taken out from pantheon's skydrop, then died from three more abilites.

OT: I was about to unleash my full unfiltered rage, until I actually read the post. I'm sure on some planet, Viktor is considered a balance abomination, but the weak link is, this is earth.
