In my last ten games I have seen several Cho'Gaths, a couple Malphites, a Zac, a Leona, a Rammus, a Maokai, a few Nasus, Trundle and three Nautilus. What is more I have felt relevant on champions like Ashe and Shyvana(dps champion). Good job overall, I have seen more crit ADCs, less lethality and not nearly as many BCs(except the Darius and Garen I saw).
Impressed with this patch, cannot wait for next one.

changes. As he is my current go to top laner and has been for about 2 seasons, I really feel the changes make him so much better. Yes it can take a while to stack up now that he doesn't get his ult reduced on minions now but I'll gladly take that for not losing stacks on death, also makes him so much more useful for ARAMs as well.

overall: most of the things you listed are neglible and barely touch anything, or you simply cut 1 thing into 2 parts
considering all this also came with some buffs such as 45% bonus pen on last whisper now, not much was really drastically changed. All I see is balance now, because a majority of league's community agreed that damage was too high in the game overall

EoN had it's duration cut in half.
