Can I get some advice on Viktor?

With his patch changes I don't know what to do with him now. I've tried and that didn't go so well. Dose he now work better with and maybe one of the new hextech's for mana?

item 3100 and item 3198 are all I need as Viktor.

Using his Q with Sheen alone will really chunk opponents.

you don't need any mana items beyond hex core.

get first hex core, finish rylai, then finish hex core (second HC is absolutely necessary for kiting; third is recommended but don't be afraid to buy defensively.)

item 3198 item 3116 item 3001 item 3135 item 3089 item 3020 is my go to build (note that i usually run 20-30% scaling cdr. you don't need AP runes anymore; even without AP upgraded E will oneshot casters beyond level 6.)

if you wanna go all-out on offense then I would recommend item 3100 item 3285 along with movespeed quints to replace abyssal and boots, but i like being relatively durable.

The CDR build is really good. Morello's -> CDR boots and cap with abyssal or hourglass later. Pick up rylai's and lich bane, etc.

Just go full kite mode.

He's definitely in a tricky spot right now. Morello seems to be the best currently. Rylais feels almost necessary now, and assuming you're building boots, void staff, and deathcap, you only have one slot left and no cdr in the build, so Morello almost has to be there. You could drop it for a GLP or RoA and get Lucidity boots, but you're not going to be capping your cdr even with blue buff. Hard tradeoff to make either way, but it mostly just depends on what's more important that game.
