Vayne is going to be a difficult case to balance, but I don't think she's all that powerful. If she gets ahead, she's as bad as any other adc. On that note, a fed Caitlyn, Jinx or Twitch is even more scary in my opinion. At least Vayne doesn't go around AoE critting whole teams.

I'm also saying this because BotRK active is rather strong if combined with her burst combo (Tumble-Auto) and % current health is very good at chunking people at the beginning of a fight.
