Lucian is OP as hell.
After a year of having to fight Lucians, I've found his only counter to be Vayne.. Sometimes. His ultimate makes him so ridiculously broken that I sometimes dodge queue when I see the enemy having Lucian, it does enough to kill anyone below 60% once u get it at lv6, and he can move during it, meaning he'll hit like every shot. Lategame, it does about 95% of ur health if Lucian hits all shots (he can dash during it, so ofc) and I find it immensely stupid. The range is fine, but maybe slow him down while he's using it so he can't hit every shot, nerf the ratio, or make it do less shots... I still can't deal with Lucians as his ult is like MFs, except u can move during it, and even dash. Please fix it.
